Celebrating 50 years…

Join us for full day of celebrating the discovery of the fossils that led to the bonebed discovery and eventually the building of the Museum. We have 2 celebrations planned for Al Lakusta Day 2023.

Daytime Family activities from 10-5pm– Visit the new exhibit- Dinosaurs Among Us, participate in a Dino hunt in the gallery, dino-themed crafts, fossil touch and prep tables featuring regional discoveries and take your picture with Aluk our Museum Dinosaur, winner of the Nighthawk Chipping Challenge! Admission is $5 and can be purchased at the admissions desk the day of the event.

Evening Adult activities from 6-8:30pm– Palaeo- Trivia, Dinner & Drinks

Drop off the kiddos and join us for a night of drinks, dinner and Palaeo- trivia. Test your dinosaur knowledge and take your chance at winning the Top Paleo-Knowledge Prize.

Doors open at 6pm | Dinner at 7pm | 18 plus only
