School Day Trip Booking

Are you interested in bringing your class on a field trip to the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum? Please fill out the form below and we will contact you to confirm your booking.
School groups may visit the museum for up to 4 hours from 10 am until 2 pm, with some flexibility allowed. The base cost is $10 per student with one program included, plus $5 per student for additional programs. Teachers and chaperones enter free of cost. Booking requires a 20% deposit, with the remaining payment invoiced after the visit according to the actual number of students that were there. We have implemented a minimum number of students and a maximum number of students for the 2024-2025 school.

If your group is smaller or larger than the min or max, please contact us. We will help you to partner with another school if your group is less than 20. We can also accommodate special request for in class visits/programs.

Build Your Day at The Museum:

The following programs are part of the “Base rate” school program package. Select which items you would like. Please be mindful of the time your class is spending at the Museum.

Base rate is $10 per student(Required)
Part of the school package is ONE program. Please select ONE program form the list below. If you would like more than one program an additional $5 per student per program selected will be added to you field trip fee. Please note, we only charge for the number students who show up on the day pf the field trip.(Required)
If the students will have a lunch break while at the museum, how long will this be?(Required)
Would your students like time to shop the Gift Shop? The Gift shop will open at the end of your field trip if you select yes.(Required)
Invoicing: We will send an invoice for your field trip after your visit. We will take a headcount on the day of your visit and bill you according to the head count. Invoice will be mailed from our accountant within 1 week of your visit. If you would like to pay at time of your field trip, please let us know ahead of time via email
Non-refundable deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please indicate how you would like to finalize your school booking deposit- email or phone. You will be contacted once your booking form is received to process your deposit (20%) and secure your date.
