HOMESCHOOL DAYS: BONEBED TOUR
Calling all Homeschooling Families!
Join us on Wednesday July 3 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm for our bonebed tour.
This is a 2-3 hour long program. It involves hiking up to the Bonebed (20 min), a meet and greet with our palaeontologists who are actively working at the Bonebed, a mini fossil prospecting break, and then we wrap up with a hike back to the original meeting spot. It is a gentle hike with minimal incline on a dirt trail.
We recommend wearing good walking shoes, dress for inclement weather, sun hat, bug spray, water, snacks and a lunch. We do not recommend bringing strollers or wagons as space is limited on the trail and at the bonebed. As space is limited, we ask that you do not bring any siblings that are not registered in the program. The only exception would be infants or babies that are being carried.
